That zombie skin was added before Drowned were a thing.

I guess it would make sense for it to be a Random skin for the Drowned instead.

If you scroll down on the PureBDcraft download page you'll see the card.

Firstly, I'll point out you say you love our texture pack, but you're using an unofficial update to GrungeBDcraft which breaches the Terms of Use of our pack. They never asked to update it, they just did it. Doesn't matter if it hasn't been updated for years, people shouldn't just steal other people...

The only way you could fix it was if you ported the Java version of the pack to Bedrock, which is difficult to do as the Java pack is done in a very different way to Bedrock and when it came to setting num_mip_l...
